When you call us you won't have to wait days and day's for a call back, ninety-nine times out of one hundred we'll pick up and get going with booking a free consultation then and there, and on the off chance that we don't pick up, you'll get a call back the same day. When we go through your conveniently scheduled free consultation, we'll go through exactly what we think will be the best solution for you. We understand that every tree situation is unique. There is no such thing as a routine tree removal, trimming or pruning or land clearing. We're sensitive to the unique circumstances of every operation, and in fact, we enjoy the more challenging situations (say figuring out how to get you and that Colorado spruce to coexist in safety and peace). That said, though every situation is particular, we've seen it all so we're confident there's no tree issue that'll leave us stumped (see what we did there?).
Another is the value we offer. We truly believe that hiring cut-rate inexperienced or unproven companies to work on your trees is risky business. That's not an abstract or theoretical fear, it's based in real-world situations we've seen ourselves time and again. Oftentimes after someone who didn't know what they were doing realizes they were in over their heads, the client gets fed up and calls us in to try to salvage the situation. We do our best and try to help where we can, but here's the thing with tree work: sometimes you only get one shot to do it right. Especially in situations where a tree needs to be pruned or trimmed, once material has been cut it's gone and may not grow back. We've witnessed worst case scenarios of once beautiful trees been pruned to death or even topped. There's a better way. Call in the experts in the first place. Affordability is a function of value and price. We believe in fair pricing for honest, expert service.

What To look for in a Tree ServiceThere area several things a person in the market for tree service should look for if they want to choose a good tree service. There are a lot of bad tree services out there and it's important to be a savvy consumer and education oneself about what you could be paying for before you spend the money. We think the most important things in a good tree service are, in no particular order, excellent customer service, the right equipment, the right knowledge, former customer references and transparent pricing.
Customer service is the bedrock of any business, no matter how good a service provider is, if they do not keep their customers happy they will not be in business long. What makes customers happy? We in our humble opinion based on our years of experience working with clients in our area, customers primarily value honesty. Doing what you say you will do is the heart of that trust. And on the flip side of that, if a job is too big, complicated, or unfamiliar being straight up and honest with the customer that a job is our of the tree companies comfort zone or capacity. Seems obvious but there are many companies that do not, do this. They'll promise the customer the world and disappoint. While these days there are rarely core tree service jobs that we can't handle occasionally a customer with ask for a service we don't offer, or more commonly, do not typically do. The way we see it, If we can't be 100% sure that we can do an awesome job, it's just not right to take someone's money. Now the other part to customer service are basic things like picking up the phone. You'd be surprised how many companies do not answer the phone or return calls in a timely manner. Besides that, there have to be clear expectations set about what will go into the on site consultation appointments should be made in writing, estimates provided in writing, and appointments held. These are all basics but again they are not universally practiced. The right equipment for the job is another big one. We aren't a guy with a pickup tuck, chainsaw and some bravery kind of business. Not only is that inadequate to meet the needs of all of our customers, it's just flat out dangerous. Related to this is right kind of expertise. There are a lot of tree companies without certified arborists on staff, that's not us. We not only employ certified arborists, they are constantly training our crew to update their skills and abilities. Take a typical three man crew for example. Except for the very smallest jobs this is the average sized crew we send out. Two of the men and climbers who go into the tree and carefully rig, cut and lower branches. One man is called a 'groundie' and he is responsible for choreographing the whole thing. It cannot be stressed enough how dangerous tree work is. A branch falling on someone can easily incapacitate or kill them. We simply will not compromise on the safety of our crews, our clients and the security of their property. And that flows right into the right knowledge. Because tree service work is so dangerous and requires such precision and care, it is paramount that whoever you hire has the right training. With us that's evidenced by our having certified arborists on staff. Certified arborists have undergone extensive and intensive training and testing. They are trained in the health of trees, soil conditions, pest control, storm damage evaluation, bracing and cabling, and sustainable pruning techniques among other things. This means that our tree experts take a wholistic approach when consulting on tree work. There are no one-sized fit's all solutions. For example it could be determined that the tree needs to pruned in order to promote healthy growth, or it could be that the tree needs support in the form of cabling and bracing with high tensile steel and bolt, or it may be the the tree is not getting enough nutrients and should be fertilized with a regimen appropriate to it. Tree work isn't as simple as chop it down and ask questions later. |
